OOF. Clearly the last week has been totally unsustainable. I just rode off the shirt tails of those 2 great night sleeps and then binged whatever it is I was binging for the week after that. Last night I was looking up barbells for my home gym setup. WHY did that have to be done last night? I'm pretty sure I'm just feeling anxious about all of the things that I want to do. I'm not overwhelmed, because I'm actively in this mode where I'm just trying to fit as much in my day as possible. This is a useful attitude to have when you're moving, or cramming for exams, but I don't think it's serving me in my day to day. Anyway, tomorrow I took the day off, and I'm going to make a plan of some of the things I want to do in the next few weeks/months/year. From the benign to the bigger stuff.
